OU Copy Export

Is there a way to copy or export the OU settings from one AD domain to another.
If i try exporting I get error message
Unable to open exception list file domain Administrators.

You can export the information to a delimited text file, but you won't be able to import that back in on the other domain.

There is a Move function, but I don't believe you can cross domains with it.

Give us more details on the error you got trying to export such as settings, etc.
