explanation of dumpsec errors

Am using dumpsec (mostly 2.8.2) to retreive user and group information similar to.

DUMPSEC.exe /computer=\\X /rpt=users /saveas=tsv /outfile=X.winuser
"DUMPSEC.exe" /computer=\\X /rpt=groups /saveas=tsv /outfile=X.wingroup

Frequently have the following in the output

rc=120 RasAdminUserGetInfo
rc=2220 ==>NetGroupGetInfo

is there an explanation and or fix/workaround.
