Somehow the hyenarpt.mdb file is screwed up. I am able to generate reports after viewing the NTFS permissions but it gives information from previous reports as well as the new information. Is there any way to get a new, clean hyenartp.mdb file? I tried to uninstall and then reinstall but that did not resolve the problem. Thanks for your help.

When you run a report there is an option to Append or Overwrite. Make sure you use the Overwrite option.
To restore the database to original you can simply rename your Hyenarpt.mdb to something else then rerun the setup. -

Overwriting seemed to work well. Thanks for your help. Suddenly I feel like an idiot.
