Using Hyena 5.7/Exporter Pro, you can select the servers in Hyena, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export Selected Objects. Click the Settings button to configure the Services export.

Anyway there isn't a way to pass a list of server 'to include' (something like the existing 'list of server to exclude'), isn't it ?
It should be a suggestion for a next release.

You can run Exporter Pro, then click the Configuration menu and choose Import Object File. This will be your list of computers, and will give Exporter the objects to export against.
