When using the View NTFS Security for a shared directory and selecting "Selected objects(s)and all directory content (first level - no Subdirectories)" the report gives - Object Name - Access - Member - Path - Size. Is there a way to also report back the actual USERS FULL NAME next to Member on the report.

Unfortunately no. You'd have to pull that data, and a user report into a database program and tie the two together by the member/username field.
