You'll use the Exporter Pro for this. Select your domain (if you want all computers) and then choose Tools->Exporter Pro->Export Selected Objects.
When the next dialog comes up click the Settings button, then click on Registry and click Export Properties. The one you want is Installed Software Applications.

I would like to know how you do this, maybe you could let me know? I have just started using this, and am under the gun to get a report like this going. I created a quick report on the computers in the domain, but I couldn't get any installed software info into it.
