I need to list all blank passwords (Windows NT). Is it possible?

Unfortunately there is no easy way to determine this without some sort of password cracking program.

Try using our copypwd utility in our Free Tools section. Create a test user account with a blank password, then run the CopyPwd utility with the 'dump' setting. Find that particular username in the output and look at the password hash. Then, just search all of the other user accounts with the matching hash as they too will be blank.
