Exporting selected computers.

Does anyone know if it is possible to 'selectively' export information from workstations in a domain. I have large domains that I administer and the workstations naming convention is by dept (i.e., Dept876wks01, Dept876wks02, etc.). I would like to be able to export information only from a particular departments' workstations. I believe I have V1.0 of Exporter.

One way of doing this is to add the computers one at a time by clicking the Edit menu, then New Object.

You can also create a delimited file with the computer names in it and import this using the Configuration->Import option. There is a help topic in the Exporter's help called File Formats that will help with the format.
