I'm getting the above error msg on (3) export jobs that used to run perfectly every night. I can run the job manually. Any idea? I'm on Hyena 5.2 Exporter version 2.7

That is an 'access denied' message, so something has apparently changed with your security.

Can you provide more details on the security needed, please? I can run Exporter manually to retrieve the same data without any access denied.

Not sure, but it sounds like the account that is running the job is the problem and not yours. I would recommend looking at the job properties to determine what account is being used when the job runs.
