Export problems

I am trying to export a user list from a built in query. I have I have created an object group pointed to a specific OU in the export interface.

In the properties of my export configuration, the only thing checked aside from items on the General and Logging tab is the Detail User Active Directory Export Query. When I click on the start export button, all I see is "Getting computer listing for My OU" and it acts like it is exporting computer information but isn't. It also is not exporting any user information. What could I be doing wrong?

We are implementing a change to the exporting software to not get the computers from a domain/OU when there isn't anything computer-related to export. The reason that it is getting the computer listing is so that it can get service, disk space, etc. information from the computers. But if you don't want that information, then its can unneeded step.

Someone else from support will address the other problem(s).
