Nevermind, I had to go to the contacts attribute. Then create a new view as there are non by default.

I am trying to do this same thing. I have followed along exactly. I have selected all the contacts on the right pane and right click. I don't get an option for Listing view.
I am trying to see all the email addresses in one column for all of these contacts in exchange.

Make sure the objects you are selecting are the same type, such as only users. If you have other groups or contacts and such, you won't have a right-click menu.

You'll then double-click on Members to display the members in the right window, select the users in the right window and then you can right-click and choose Tabular Views->User(Detailed).

right-clicking on the users in the right window (when all the users are highlighted)gives no response. i can only right-click a single user, in which case i only get the properties box of that user.

You don't right-click on Members, but rather from my previous post:

The query you will modify is the Users(detailed) with Tabular in the Display Format column.

if i understand correctly, you're telling me to click object manager config, queries, query type - active directory user? there are already numerous Users(detailed) queries there....with numerous attributes assigned. the only attributes i see are CN, Display Name, Description, class, Pre-W2K Name. I don't ever recall choosing those fields, unless they are the default views. When I right-click the "Members" object in the left pane, the only option is "view". Thanks again

What you would have to do is add ExchangeAlias to the Active Directory User-User(Detailed) query. You'll then double-click on Members to display the members in the right window, select the users in the right window and then you can right-click and choose Tabular Views->User(Detailed).

i would like to add a column (namely email alias) to a "All Groups" object, let's say "faculty-members". Right now, it only displays cn, display name, description, class, and pre-w2k name (defaults?)
How can that be accomplished?
