  • Missing exported data

    Until 3 days ago, I was getting the RAS and Terminal Services data using the Exporter function in a command line. Now, I only get "Not Exported" for these fields.

    This happens when I run the command line, and when using the Export function in Hyena.

    No permissions have been changed, and the account is the same.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Edit the export.ini file in your Hyena directory and make sure these are set to a 1:

    ExportUserRAS=1
    ExportUserTSE=1

    Let us know if that makes any difference.

      The switches are set, and I even changed them to 0, ran the script, then changed them back. No luck.

        On the same computer that are running Exporter from, are you able to view and set RAS and TSE data for users in Hyena? Please confirm that this still works.

          Re: Missing exported data

          If I select all users in the domain and set the Tabular View to User(Detailed), I see the "Allow Dialin", but before it was "Dialup" "NoDialup". Now, it's "True" "False". Also, not all users have this field filled.

          I am not able to see the TSE data. The settings under the USER Tab are set to show RAS and TSE.

          Under the Display>User Details>Current Columns, I have all options selected, but some of the field names do not match up.

          For example...I have the User column selected, but the actual field name is Directory Name.

            For the Terminal tab to appear, make sure you have the 4 dlls on your computer. They are listed in this post:
