Can Hyena report groups which are nested?

What exactly are you wanting this to report? Hyena can show all AD group types, including nested groups, but this is not a specific group type that can be specified.

Basically I want to dump out all the groups that have permissions to certain folders/shares. With this dump I also want to make sure that the groups which are nested in other groups are listed. DumpSec doesn't do this currently and I was looking for a tool that does.

I'm not sure Hyena would do anything differently in that area. I would recommend doing a View NTFS Permissions on a directory that you know has had a nested group added to the permissions.
