    I am trying to export all the text based reports from the command line export tool, and although I have read the other posts regarding trying it from the command line, and have done so, and have also turned on the "very verbose" option in the INI file, I keep getting nothing but headers, even though the export function reports no errors and runs for about two minutes. I get this:

    C:\Program Files\Hyena>exporter .\export.ini dc2

    Exporter version 2.7

    Exporting PDC on domain dc2
    Exporting BDC on domain dc2
    Exporting SERVER on domain dc2
    Exporting WORKSTATION on domain dc2
    Exporting PRINT SERVER on domain dc2

    C:\Program Files\Hyena>

    I do believe we have some "issues" regarding our browser elections here, but I saw another thread that indicated that if you specify the server directly, that it shouldn't be an issue, as it will contact the server directly. I can ping dc2 by name, and had the C$ mapped at the time I ran exporter. I am logged in with a domain administrator account.

    Any hints? Thanks in advance - This looks like a powerful tool, and I can't wait to use it!! (I'm in demo mode so far!!)

    I assume dc2 is the computer, correct?

    If so, change your command to:

    exporter .\export.ini domain dc2

      Wow! What AWESOME support - I was expecting to have to wait a couple of days, but I only had enough time to go get a refill on my soda, and here's the correct answer already!! :-)

      If you didn't guess from that, It worked... (Well, OK, so it's workING as I type this!!) Thanks a LOT!! :-)

        Has there been any enhancements with the report feature, since April? We also have this same issue after upgrading to 5.0 with only the database table view coming up and not the report view.

            This is the way that Active Directory reports currently work. We are working on enhanced reporting/exporting that will be ready later this year.
