    Every time that I generate a report in Access it is not coming alphabetically correct. How can I solve it

      I was running a Group Member report and I figure out that the report is sorted by GroupName instead of Username. How can I change this setting

        You'd have to modify the report and possibly the table for that.

        Another solution would be to export the information to Excel instead so that you can sort any way you like. To do this, do a Ctrl-a in the right window, then to a Ctrl-c.

        This opens the Copy List window and you can choose to copy to clipboard or to a file. Either option will allow you to open the data in Excel.
