  • Exporting to Access since upgrade to v5.0

    Hi,

Since upgrading to v5.0, I am having problems exporting (generating a report) under "GroupMembers". Access returns an error asking me to "debug" or "halt". The error recieved is: - Runtime error 2391. MSG: - Machine name does not exist in table "groupmembers"

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

If this is for Active Directory, when you run Tools->Run Report, the Table Name should be blank. If so, enter in a unique name not found in the database, for example GroupTest.

Let us know if this opens Access in table view.

      Hi,

Yes, this works for my AD object display. By default in the past i have always used the predfined names for the access tables. Should this way still work or do i always use the AD way?

      Many thanks,
      Kevin

For Active Directory objects, this is the way to report on them. We are working on enhanced reporting/exporting to offer more flexibility in reporting this data, though.

Has there been any enhancements with the report feature, since April? We also have this same issue after upgrading to 5.0 with only the database table view coming up and not the report view.

            Thanks for any help.
