Account last modified...

I dont know if this a possibillity or not?

Is there a way to find out who last made a modification to a user account within Hyena, such as what user account on the network would have made what change to this account?

Unfortunately this is not stored anywhere in Windows. You can enable Auditing on your network for this type of information, and then search the event logs for them.

This would not help for past reporting, though.

Can you possibly suggest a 3rd party util that might do this?

Do you mean filter the event logs? Hyena allows you to filter by Event ID, Source, date range, keyword, etc.

What I was asking is there a second util outside of Hyena that might do this as well, if you could suggest any?

Not that I know of unfortunately. You might try bhs.com to see if there are any utilities listed there that might help.
