Do the database reports have to be generated with Access 97? Every time I run one in Access 2k it tells me that I cannot make changes to the report.

We ship the database in Access 97 format to enable the majority of our customers to be able to run it. You can convert it to your version by following the instructions on the error message that Access gives you.

When it converts the database it will create a new one, such as db1.mdb. When it is finished just go to your Hyena directory, rename hyenarpt.mdb to *.old, and rename db1.mdb to hyenarpt.mdb.

Well thats the problem actually. When I open up the hyena database and browse to tools-->database utilities-->convert database, that option is unavailable(greyed out).

Any ideas?? (And yes, I am an admin on my machine).

Sorry if these are silly questions, I am not a db person at all hehe.

Needed to close the db tables first(I was under the impression that I had to leave the tables open).
