Is there a way to produce a report that would have the OS version and the Hotfixes that have been applied to my servers? The information that is shown when you select a server and then select properties is what I am interested in.

Use the Exporter tool for this. You can access it from File->Export. Make sure that you select the Export Computer Properties option. We are working on improved exporting and reporting tools for the v5.0 update.Kevin Stanush
