Exporting multiple domains

I need to export information from a list of domains. I can do this one at a time by selecting the domain I want, but is there a way of doing all the domains in one go?

You can use the command line exporter.exe in your Hyena directory for this. Just create a batch file with one entry per domain and run the batch file.
