exporter tool always shows empty result-files

hi, maybe i'am a little bit stupid but if i want to export all group-members of a global group i don't get any result ?!? i'am logged on with admin to the domain and my XP ws has an account in the domain.

help me please

What is the command line you are using, and what settings did you modify in the export.ini file?

i'am starting the reporter out of the hyena application, inside the graphical settings interface i select the options i'am thinking they are right.

In Hyena go to File->Export->General and change the Export Command Line to:

c:\program files\hyena "c:\program files\hyena\export.ini"

If you have Hyena installed in a different directory you can modify that path accordingly, but make sure you enter it exactly as above with the quotes around only the path to the ini file.

Let us know if this makes any difference.
