Event Log Report bug

When I create a report of Event Logs from multiple servers, the "Type" field is appearing in the "Description" and the "Description" appears in the "Type". I have tried editing the fields in the Access DB, however it still does not work. I am using MS Access XP.

Please help ASAP!!
