This recommendation was to use DumpSec instead of Exporter as Exporter won't dump file permissions.
I mentioned that he can do the same thing using Hyena's View NTFS Security function.
Either way should get you to the same end result.

Can you explain why do you usually recommend DumpSec over Hyena's View NTFS Security? What are the differences? The the latter lacking anything that the first one doesn't?

Is there a way to, using Exporter, export a file and directory listing with permissions? We use DumpSec now, but if we can include this in Hyena/Exporter, it would be great. We can use admin shares through the enterprise...
