For this you can schedule a batch file using AT that will run the exporter.exe command included in the Hyena directory.

Set the options in Hyena under File->Export->Drives and use the Save settings only option to update the export.ini.

Your batch file will have entries like:

exporter.exe .\export.ini domain computerA
exporter.exe .\export.ini domain computerB
exporter.exe .\export.ini domain computerC
