The Active Directory only shows the top level Display names in the left or right columns. Any sub OU's only have the folder icon but not the name of OU.

Go to File->Manage Object View->AD Queries, change the Query Type to Container/OU Contents, click on Container/OU(Summary) and click Settings. Choose the option for Both:. Save that and see if that takes care of the issue. -

Thanks very much for the quick response. This didn't fix my problem but let me to the correct path to resolve the issue. I had inadventerly removed the 'Directory Name' attribute from Container/OU (Summary). Once I readded this attribute I can now see the OU names.Comment
