I would like to see the ability to integrate into the views (as an option) do display the resolved address of a computer in one of the columns. I see the informaition in the status bar when highlighting an object but seeing all of this information in a column would be very helpful when trying to organize computers in an OU structure based on subnet.

Re: Feature request/resolved IP address
Hyena does not know the ip address of computers. Where do you see this in the status bar ? The only address that Hyena would know would be the DNS path which comes from AD (dnshostname), or it also assumes that the Netbios name is the same as the AD cn.
Let me know where you are seeing this.

Re: Feature request/resolved IP address
I have ping support enabled and I click on a computer object and in the status bar in hyena (at the very bottom) I see either a failed to ping or successful ping with address.
Having the ability to run this an populate a column or something within Hyena next to the computer object would be a plus. You could then sort by it and get an idea of what systems are near each other on the network.

Re: Feature request/resolved IP address
Hyena's displays are normally built using information that is available at the time. But we might consider adding a function (dialog), whereby you could multi-select a bunch of computer and select something like "Check Network Status", which would then ping and possibly other things and display this information. That might be useful.
Thanks for the suggestionKevin Stanush
