Object Manager

Hi There;

Simple question, but better to be safe than sorry, right? I have added several domains and then other servers from different domains separately in Object manager. Now I have added one of the domains that I already had added in a single server from. Can I just "delete" the server? It won't actually go out and try to delete the "physical" server itself, right?

You can delete it in Object Manager, and it will only affect the view in Hyena. This won't remove it from the domain.
