    When you right-click on a computer object and select <properties>, then you click on the object tab, at the top, in that window there is a section that says:
    Original USN ###### Current USN #########.

    What is USN and what significance does it have?

    These numbers have to do with the sequence that the object was created modified and are used by AD to track that. You can search Microsoft.com for "usnchanged" or "Usncreated" to be more information on what these AD attributes represent. Generally, you can ignore them.
