Licensing for System User?

I am looking to run reports using Hyena - I would prefer to use a system ID rather than a physical user (real person) to log in and export the material. What are the licensing requirements on that? Does it have to be a real physical person with a name and soul, , or can one use a system ID?

Since a real (physical) person is still needed to setup the jobs/batches to run the reports, you only need a license for the physical person(s). You can run Hyena under as many accounts as you need to under the same license, whether the accouts are using with RunAs or a scheduled job/task.
