We are working with Windows 2003 and we are using this comand:

dumpevt.exe /all /logfile=sec /computer=name /outfile=c:\temp.txt

We obtain this messagge error:

ReadEventLog rc=1783 cbReq=1244880

Can you help us?

I am working with Dumpevt 7.1.3 When I specify the "computer" parameter, I get the following error message:
"RegConnectKeyEx rc=53"

This happens event if the computer I specify is the local computer.

The command I am using is:
dumpevt.exe /all /logfile=sys /computer=srdesec1 /outfile=:c\bor.txt

As I said before, srdesec1 is the computer I am running dumpevt from.

Could you help me?
