Hi! Can anyone tell me where on the site I can find information about what changes happen on the updates?

ie. I just updated from 6.0b to 6.0d... What changed?

In Hyena's help file is a What's New section. You can find the information there.

But it only tell the new things in 6.0,
not the difference between 6.0b and 6.0d !?

Scroll down the page. The What's New section is divided into New Features, Minor Enhancements, and Bug Fixes.
