RPC Service Error Message.

While scrolling through the Computers container, I get the following error message on a handfull of machines:

Unable to retrive user list from [ComputerName]. The RPC server is unavailable.

Can anybody help me?

Typically this error is the result of one or more of the following:

Computer offline
RPC Service stopped
Name resolution issue where the computer can't be found

Thanks for the reply. I checked one and two and neither applies. I'm looking into the Name Resolution issue.

I visited the computer and found the problem. The computer had File sharing turned off.
