Feature request - Tools

I have accumulated a lot of different tools now and it is getting hard to find them on the now very long menu.

Would it be possible to add groups to the menu like you can do with the internet explorer favourites menu? This would let me organise them logically.

Would it also be possible to assign some tools to the direct to the toolbar or a new toolbar for quick access?
