When I request Hyena to display the locally logged on users on a PC, it no longer displays the Full Name of domain users (it does show the user name). I think that it used to display this information. Our workstations are Win2k, either SP2 or SP3. Hyena version is 5.0B. This behavior might have started several weeks ago when my company started blocking certain ports and other networking functions due to virus/worm outbreaks. Any idea what might be blocking Hyena from retrieving the full name for domain accounts? Thanks.
