Can you give more details on this? Are they part of the same domain? What problems are you having trying to view them, etc?

      Re: Routed Sites

we have a number of routed sites which are all part of the same domain. Im trying to setup my machine to have access to the workstations on the routed sites using hyena. I can ping the machines ok but they do not appear in the list on Hyena.

      Thanks.

        Re: Routed Sites

Since they are part of the same domain, they should show up when you expand the Computers object. Unless they are Windows 95/98, they will have a computer account in the domain and should show up there.

If they are NT or 2000 computers, and you still don't see them under Computers, go to Tools->Settings->View and check the box to View All Computers (offline, hidden, etc.)

Let us know if this helps.

            Re: Routed Sites

Please verify that you are missing computers from one of these sites by finding a computer and specifically searching for it in Computers in Hyena.

Hyena gets this list from the domain, and is not affected by remote locations. They may appear as grayed out, or offline, but you should still find them.

If you don't, send me a screen shot showing your Computers object in Hyena, and the computer name of a remote NT/2000 computer that is not visible in Hyena.
