How about the ability to modify the icons to represent custom creations..
For example...The user at this thread http://www.systemtools.com/HyenaBoar...ML/000094.html has a great idea to link applications using the URL feature. To be able to separate applications from web pages using icons would greatly simplify organization without having to deal with a bunch of Object Grouping.
