Is there any direction in the near future for the allowance of hyena to become a product that supports distributed account management?

Do you mean in restricting what users can and can't do in Hyena?

We have added the ability to restrict certain objects from view using: File->Manage Object View->Nodes.

It's fairly difficult to get more granular with this topic, though, because Hyena doesn't control security functions but rather depends on Windows to.

With Windows 2000 you have more flexibility through Delegation, etc.

If I've misunderstood your question please give me more details on what you are looking for.
