Specifically, is it taking a bunch of selected AD objects in the right window and dragging/dropping them into an OU ? I hate working with D&D, but is that really easier than the right click->AD functions->Move ?

Since microsoft are now supporting drag and drop in users&computers for Windows Server 2003, any chance of getting this in Hyena as it makes moving users etc much easier
