Server do not always show up under Servers view

I'm using Hyena v4.7'B' and sometimes I find that servers show up under the servers view, sometimes they don't. They can always be found in the Computers view. Unfortunately, I can't find any consistant pattern. This has happened with previous version of Hyena as well back to v4.3 (which is when I began using Hyena).
Anyone have any ideas?

The list of servers for the Servers folder comes from the Windows browse list.

I would assume that you must be having a browsing problem on your network.
