Is there a way to turn off the help window's Always on Top behavior?

This appears to be a wierd feature of Help that only happens when Hyena runs the help file. If you run the Help file manually, it does not do this. The help file is named Hyena.chm. If you use Object Manager to add a url of like "file:<path to hyena.chm>" for the url path, you will be able to run the help file quickly in Hyena without it always being on top.
