retrieving info from computers

What does " Unable to retrieve shared objects from " workstation name". Not enough server storage available to process this command mean.
I can access other workstations in the view..any ideas??

Hyena version:4.01
Win2k Pro on my computer
NT 4.0 on domain
Steps taken: Open Hyena, Select computers, select requested computer.

If you can, reboot this remote computer. This error is due to the remote computer being unable to create the list of shares. This is usually caused by either low memory or other operating system bugs. You might also look to see if you can install the latest service pack on this remote workstation.
