This has been fixed and you can get the latest version from http://www.systemtools.com/hyena/download_frame.htm

Yes, I confirmed that this is a bug. We are in the process of fixing a few other glitches in the Object Manager and will post a new revision soon. I'll email you when its ready. Thanks for reporting this problem !

Thanks for your reply. I was using 3.0 "e" and just downloaded and installed 3.0 "g". The Add to Object Manager feature works the same as described in my original message.

This appears to be a bug. The current patch might fix this. You can just download Hyena again and reinstall it. But I will fix the current "Add to Object Manager" function to correctly format the entries.

Thanks for pointing this out !

    Object Manager Problem

In Hyena 3.0, you can add objects to the Object Manager from Hyena's right pane by right-clicking on an object and selecting "Add to Object Manager". This function doesn't seem to be working correctly when adding a workstation. In the Object Manager Configuration dialog box, the "Name" field contains two backslashes (\\), followed by the computer name. In all my tests, these backslashes create problems and need to be deleted. On the other hand, the "Computer Path" field is blank. It should contain the netbios name, preceded by two backslashes (same as the entry in the "Object Path" column that appears in the dialog box). (I'm using NT 4.0.)

Am I overlooking something? Thanks for any advice.
