  • PC time v NET TIME

We have an NT4 workstation the time appears to be correct. However, when you use the \\net time <workstation_name> command across the network you get a different time. It is different by 9 hours and 2 / 3 minutes.

Anyone seen this before or know where NET USE gets it info from ?

    Regards
    Andrew Whitton

Just a theory, but check your time zones on your local vs. remote computer, as well as the daylight savings time.

This was supposed to have been checked already. However, when it was checked a second time it was set to Pacific Time, rather than British Summer Time.....

      Thanks, Andrew
