Suggestion: invert Ribbon Toggle colors

The Ribbon toggles on the Functions tab seem backwards to me. When they are off, they are highlighted and bright, and when they are on, they are dim. It is also a very subtle difference. I suggest it would make more sense for off to be the dimmer state, and on the brighter state.

We don't have any control over this, its part of the Framework/package that Microsoft is using. But on the far right of the title bar, there is a 'Styles' dropdown, and some selections are more vivid than others, for example, Office Style > Vivid Blue and Black
