Home Directory Templates fail to run

I'm running version 8.0e on Server 2003 R2 x86.
I setup a few home directory templates and testing creating users. I would get prompted for the template as I specified and it works. I then added the exchange 2003/2007 option, which has no templates. When I add users now, I do not get prompted for the home directory template and the assigned default template does not run. If I manully go into the newly added account and click the "Use Templates" button, I can select a template and it runs, but no longer runs/prompts when creating/copying a user account.

Any help would be appreciated!

Go to Tools->Settings->Home Dir and make sure you have a Default Template specified at the bottom and that the box is checked to Confirm template prior to usage. If you are copying a user to create your new users, make sure the user you are copying has the correct home directory information already set.

Yes, have all that set. I just tested the same for Exchange. Created a template and selected the checkboxes for prompting. Still no prompts to select the template for either home directory or exchange. It seems that prompting has completely failed.

Interesting. If I uncheck "Run Active Directory Creation Wizard" I do get prompted for Home Directory Template, but no prompt for Exchange.

I want to use the wizard as that makes the steps easy for the account operators.

Using that option takes Hyena's creation functions out of the equation, so home directory templates can't be used. They only work with Hyena's user creation process.
