I changed the inhertitance button, now it works!!!

Problem is when I select more then 1 user I can't choose the template button, what must I do to use this button anyway for the selected users?
Also when I use a tmplate with rights on the home directory the group everyone still gets all rights to this directory, and in the template I didn't give everyone any rights??
Hope you can help me with this one,

Hyena will create the new directory for you, as you've seen, but it won't move data.

I want to change the profile AND home directorie path for alle users in AD.
With this action I want the directories with their rights to be 'moved' from server 1 to server2

Old -> \\oldservername\users$\%user%
New -> \\newservername\users$\%user%

I tried to do this with a template, the new directories are created but what I want is that the original directoies are moved to the new location with their rights.
Anybody knows how to do this??
