Change / Create Home dirs after user creation

Hi,

Got users created in AD without home dir.

Home dir syntax is suppossed to be,
\\servername\users$\%username% ie. same share (users$) for all users. So users only get list rights within users$ dir. How can I create new home dirs and set permissions according the above? Cheers Himi

You can create a Home Directory Template under Tools->Settings->Home Dir. The New Home Directory Mask will be:

\\servername\users$\%username%

Set your permissions the way you want and save the template. To apply this, select your users in Hyena's right-hand window, then right-click and choose Properties. Go to the Profile tab and in the Home Directory box enter in \\servername\users$\%username%. Click OK and Hyena will apply the change and set the permissions as you specify in the template.
