What is better, delete or disable?

Is it better and more secure to delete a user account than it is to disable it?

Since I'm not 'in the field', but rather [email protected], I can't say which is the best practice, but disabled accounts over time would tend to fill up user displays and probably cause a lot of confusion. You could move a disabled account to another OU and then later permanently delete them as another option.

We created an OU for disabled accounts. Then after like 90 days we delete the account.
