Creating a home dir template

i am using version 6.3 and need some guidence on how to create a home dir template. for example the server is nt10 and the drive is 'F' under this drive there is a folder called 'personal' - under this folder the hidden share will go -
the naming convention for users are pdcxxx -where xxx is the user's initials.
so the path would be \\nt10\pdcxxx$
any suggestions will be appreciated - thanks

See if this will work:

New Home Directory Mask:
\\nt10\%username%$

Share Directory Local Mask:
f:\personal\%username%

Share Directory Remote Mask:
\\nt10\f$\personal\%username%

Thanks - it seems to be working -
if you dont mind i would like to know if there is a way to enter the user name in the ntfs and sharing securities on template?
i have added a network group but i was wondering if the new user can be added as well maybe by typing a variable or something.
