Creating Shares with Hyena 6.3

I am having trouble configuring Templates to create users, using Hyena 6.3 and Windows 2000. I can get everything to work except creating the Shared Directory for the user. It will create folders, but it will not share the folder or set the permissions correctly. I have gone through your help file for the past week and I can't see my error. I know that I have something wrong, but I can not see it.

Our shares are set up with \\Server\User Shares\Unit\%username%$
